Bwrkp handles sink draining-rack return requests through one written review so the ordered rack structure, every mounting and drainage component, visible condition, and requested outcome can be matched to the order record. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.
Sink draining-rack returns are assessed as complete sets. Every listed frame, wire panel, dish slot, saddle, jaw, knob, hinge, locking sleeve, tray half, channel, outlet, basket, clamp, cup rail, cutlery cup, drip strip, drainage lip, foot, pad, tab, fastener, and care card must remain together in the supplied quantity. For kitchen sink draining-rack orders, support review may refer to rack geometry, dimensions, fit range, slot and rail count, mounting or folding parts, tray or drainage path, removable components, stated static load, unused condition, hygiene, and delivered package completeness.
RETURN WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.
RETURN CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY
Product condition accepted for return: new only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
An eligible non-defective draining-rack return must remain completely unused, unwashed, clean, and dry, with no contact with sinks, counters, dishes, utensils, food, water, soap, cleaners, grease, mineral deposits, rust, odors, stains, scratches, tightened clamp marks, compressed pads, operated hinges under load, bent wires, modified parts, or missing packaging. A customer may unpack, count, visually inspect, and dry-assemble or unfold the complete rack once on a clean protected indoor surface without clamping it to a sink or counter, adding liquid, or placing kitchenware on it.
Repack an approved unused draining rack completely dry and according to its construction. Protect wire welds, coatings, saddle jaws, clamp threads, knobs, hinges, locking sleeves, basket perforations, tray channels, drainage outlets, cup rails, and frame edges from impact; return movable panels only to their designed folded position; and keep cups, strips, lips, pads, feet, tabs, and other small components together in their original protective packaging. Place the complete rack in one sturdy outer carton with clean cushioning so metal, polymer, silicone, and finished surfaces cannot rub, bend, or shift in transit. After approval, we email the pre-paid label for download and printing together with assigned mailing instructions; these packing steps protect the returned draining system and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS
To start a return, contact us at support@bwrkp.shop. If your request is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label as a downloadable and printable file, together with instructions confirming how and where to mail your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return method: by mail. Approved returns should be mailed to this return address: Zetland, NSW 2017, Australia.
In the first email, identify the SKU and rack format and state whether the request concerns delivery damage, dimensions, divider or counter fit range, dish-slot count, wire frame, saddle, jaw, knob, hinge, locking sleeve, tray, drain channel, basket, clamp, cup rail, cutlery cup, drip strip, drainage lip, foot, pad, tab, stated static load, or a missing component. Clear photographs of visible transit damage or an incorrect unused set can assist review, but photographs are not required for every return.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
For all accepted returns, including defective, damaged, incorrect, and eligible non-defective products, the return shipping cost is covered by us. Return label method: Customer download/print. After approval, the pre-paid return shipping label is sent by email at no cost to the customer. No return label is included in the original delivery package.
RESTOCKING FEE
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Bank or card issuer posting times may vary after we submit the refund.
EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
An exchange may be requested for another available unused draining rack after the original complete set is approved for return. Overall dimensions, sink or counter fit, rack geometry, slot count, mounting method, drainage path, supplied components, static load limit, price, and availability may differ and will be explained before the replacement is confirmed. Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
